The Most Important Step — Checking Your Package
This step is important for both you and us.
If possible, please check your package shortly after delivery:

check for signs the package may have been opened

make sure the product itself is intact

confirm the item matches what you ordered
If something looks wrong, it’s best to document it right away.
You can do this by:

taking photos of the box from all sides

taking photos of the product

taking a close-up photo of any damage or issue

recording a short unboxing video if possible
This isn’t about bureaucracy. Photos or videos simply help us understand the situation faster and resolve the issue in your favor whenever possible.
