    If a parcel is delayed, rejected, or destroyed by customs, we cannot issue a refund.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the carrier. Refunds are issued only upon confirmation of loss.


10. Incorrect Address or Refused Delivery

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed parcel, or refusal at delivery, we can resend it — but shipping must be paid again.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued minus original shipping fees.
